We can e-mail the form in any of three different formats: Adobe
[*.pdf], MS Word [*.doc}, or Wordperfect [*.wpd].
Note about printing the form:
This form uses the narrowest possible margins in order
to fit on a single page. If your print control program warns about
printing outside the printable area, skip past the warning and go ahead
with printing the page. If your form still doesn't print right please
request a form by mail.
Payment:
Pay as
suits you best – by check, money order, or charge it to your
MasterCard, Visa, or American Express card.
All payments must be in US
funds. If your currency is other than US, your credit card issuer will
convert your currency.
COD's are accepted to business addresses only,
and are subject to additional COD charges.
Open Account: Open account is available
to electric utilities and cooperatives, well-known institutions,
organizations with
Dun & Bradstreet
ratings of "Good" or higher, federal, state, and local governments, and
to firms having a credit history with us.
Terms are net 30 days.

as best we can. A next-day AM delivery option is possible for customers
ordering early in the day (8:00 to 11:30 AM Eastern time).
Sales Tax: Pennsylvania residents please
add 6% sales tax on all goods purchased, including shipping charges.
Pennsylvania tax-exempt orders must include tax waiver documentation,
if not already on file with us. Out-of-state customers pay no tax
unless goods are picked up or delivered in Pennsylvania.
Overpayment: We automatically refund any
overpayment.
Shipping: We normally ship via UPS to all
50 states and Canada. UPS deliveries require a street address. More
distant deliveries are usually via the postal system. Please advise if
you have a preferred carrier. Frequently we have to ship an order in
two or more packages. If you receive a partial delivery, wait before
you report a shortage. Chances are the balance will arrive soon.
Shipments exceeding 200 lbs. (actual, not oversize lbs.) qualify for
freight discounts. Please call us for these special rates.
Dropshipments: If you intend to re-ship
products to your recipients, we can dropship directly to them. There is
no additional charge for this convenient service, and we can also
include customer-supplied enclosures, if desired. Your only cost is the
actual shipping charge to the recipient.
Shipping Charges: Rates below are for UPS ground
delivery to the contiguous 48 states. Inquire for rates applicable to
same-area air delivery, or for AK, HI, Canadian, or other more distant
destinations. Record the below amount, multiplied by the number of
units ordered, on the Order Form and add to the total amount of your
order. Two Model I-30's ship at the same rate
as a
single OB-Series. Multiple Power Plaques qualify for reduced rates.
2008 Shipping Charges
Quantity Discounts: Different products may be mixed
to reach an eligible quantity. Power Plaques are not subject to
quantity discounts.
Upon customer request, we can postpone or segmentize delivery on a
quantity order, but only one billing/payment cycle is allowed per order.
