Is this an old Masterbox restoration?
No, all lamps are assembled with newly-cast metal Masterbox shells from the
original molds, supplied by the Gamewell organization.  

Is the internal alarm mechanism included?
No, this is a Masterbox shell only. (interior access is not available)

What are the operational features?
The polished, solid brass, 3-way socket may be operated by either
the socket turn knob or by tripping the manual alarm switch.

What is the base made of?
Solid American walnut, 12" x 7 3/4" x 1 3/4" thick.

Do you wholesale to resellers?
No, all sales are direct from the Arcman Corporation.

Are there quantity discounts?

How tall is it and how heavy?
Including the shade, 36" tall, and it weighs 18 lbs.

Is it made in the USA?
Yes, both the Masterbox shell and lamp are made in the USA by
skilled American craftsmen.

How is it shipped?
We normally ship UPS to the contiguous 48 states (2 cartons per lamp)
for one fixed delivery charge, insured. We will advise delivery options
to AK, HI, and elsewhere in North America.

How soon do you ship?
We try to ship all orders within 48 hours, including engraving. If we are
temporarily out of stock due to heavy order activity, fulfillment may take
as long as 4-6 weeks. Please contact us at 1.800.731.6229 for express
delivery options and costs.

What is your warranty?
Simply stated, we will fully refund your money, including delivery charges,
if returned prepaid and undamaged within 30 days of purchase, even if engraved.

What are my engraving options?
The standard brass plate is 5" wide by 1" tall. There is a capacity of 5 lines with
a limit per line of 55 characters, spaces and punctuation. The script style is
double line Roman. Customers preferring to do their own engraving can order
an uninstalled blank brass plate. All engraved plates are installed with brass screws
to allow an easy exchange of plates in case of an inscription error.

Do you offer any other fire-related products?
No, the Masterbox lamp is our sole offering to date.
